Outward Bound offers various benefit options for full-time and part-time staff -- some of those benefits may not be quantifiable. These include working in beautiful settings, working with other individuals intent of fulfilling the mission of Outward Bound, being part of a community, making an impact of people's lives, etc.

Full-time
- Salary commensurate with experience. Direct deposit available
- Health, Dental, and Vision - Employees are eligible for full health coverage through Anthem Healthcare

Seasonal
- Per diem or hourly rate basis determined by position and pay scale. Direct Deposit available.
- Room and board - Housing and meals are provided during the time that you work.
- Training and Development - A variety of training opportunities and workshops are offered throughout the year.
- Pro Puchase - Field staff are able to purchase gear and equipment at discounted prices.
- Health Insurance Reimbursement - Employees working 30 or more days are eligible to receive reimbursement for health care costs.
- Accident Plan - All employees are eligible to enroll in a major medical accident plan.
- 403(b) Retirement Plan - Self funded participation with TIAA-Cref
